we achieved meaningful milestones in scaling our impact and bringing hope to thousands of women and their families.
Key Highlights - Expansion and Outreach
Expansion: We launched a new partnership with Reseed to roll out our programme in Port Loko District. This marks Prosper’s first step in expanding beyond our initial focus area in Kenema District.
2,550 women trained: Increased our reach by 51% compared to 2023, engaging 21 communities across two districts with our image-based business training tailored to women with limited formal education.
64 savings banks established an increase of 42% to 2023: Set up simple, community-run systems that empower women to save securely for the first time.

Ambitions for 2025 and beyond
In 2025, we’re taking a bold step forward by launching the world's first image-based MBA — an innovative program designed to empower women with practical business tools that reflect local realities. Our immediate goal is to support 3,600 women and establish 100 savings banks, and to achieve this, we need to raise £100,000. Looking ahead to our three-year vision (2025–2028), we aim to transform the lives of 18,950 women, lifting them sustainably out of poverty.
